TQ running
  • Physics card MQ2601-11903 In work — TTM via-geometry fix approved (rev A03); Nick driving the open TTM technical query to close. Multi-sourced (TTM + IEC).
  • Compute / Power card MQ2601-12003 TTM hold — new hold (PO 1010): TQ results issued; TTM provided Rev A01 data. Approve A01, resolve the issues, and purge A00 from our systems.
  • Analog card MQ2601-12103 Moving — array re-approved at TTM; awaiting final sign-off on the sub-rev data.
  • Vapor cell blade MQ2602-11103 TTM hold — Brian cleared the 3 open TQ items (7/29). TTM now needs the array data + issue #9 edit (pad clearance 4→10 mil) approved via secure transfer to start the build.
  • Photodetector blade MQ2602-10302 In work — naming fixed with IEC; confirm the board-layout change is intentional, then PO + quote.

What they need from us

Safra's out — these wait on us Both are flagged in #vendor-ops, both waiting on Mesa Quantum. We answer TTM by email (the bot never does), then hit Mark Answered. Whoever owns it — TQ / Wale — let's clear both today.
  • PO 1011 · Vapor cell blade MQ2602-11103 — approve the array data + issue #9 edit (increase pad clearance from 4 to 10 mil; move bottom edge up 6 mil) and return it via TTM's secured transfer so they can proceed.
  • PO 1010 · Compute / Power card MQ2601-12003 — resolve the TQ results, approve the new Rev A01 data TTM provided, and purge A00 from our systems so we're not building to a dead revision.
  • IEC (VC + photodetector blades) — waiting on POs + confirmation of the corrected drawings (Wale sent naming; awaiting Tushar). Chase to unblock assembly.

  • One order page = single source of truth — web app v1 (quotes, proposals, POs) by end of week. The email becomes just a link to the order; emailing zip files is retired (kept only as last resort).
  • Reference GitLab, don't duplicate docs — each part links to the current variant/revision; delivered/fabbed objects get tagged, not just checked in (Brian's traceability). Access management is the open risk.
  • Stop hand-typing part numbers — the A00-vs-A01 confusion this week is exactly the cost. Copy the exact format; registry gets copy-to-clipboard + per-revision "what changed" notes.
  • Altium is the real bottleneck — a number lives in 10+ places and none auto-update. Automate the data entry (Alex's altium-monkey); TQ getting a view-only license from Brian.
  • Team moves — Brian took the blade circuitry off Curtis; Curtis refocuses on clock optimization + the fighting servos.
