Boards & blades out for fab/quote at IEC (Innovate)? Cards → Nick · PD + vapor-cell blades → Curtis · assembly → Brian. Compute-card PO is the long pole. Target: parts in-hand Aug 10.
NPL review slides — Wale needs team inputs. Who still owes a slide, and what's the deadline?
Robbie knowledge transferCritical · due today
Reassign Robbie's items (System Level Test, ADEV, startup validation) to Newton & Gabby with him shadowing. Influx → Beryllium cutover while he's here.

Two brief updates

—Oscilloquartz: open to initial-unit delivery the week of Aug 24 (confirm: delivery vs. on-site test). OK with pinch-off packaging for 2026 units — but the copper tube must move to ≥15 mm from the base, opposite side from current.
—A clock for Jon with an STM adapter — unblocks firmware / heater debug (heater fault currently suspected in firmware).
